1. Who we are

WagWise AI is operated by Vicente Ramirez, an individual sole proprietor ("we", "us", "WagWise AI"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wagwiseai.com and the WagWise AI product (the "Service").

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

WagWise AI provides personalized dog training plans, written guides, and an AI Coach chat experience based on information you provide about your dog. The Service is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional veterinary, behavioral, or medical advice. Results vary by dog and by owner. If your dog shows signs of aggression, illness, or distress, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Account and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure.
• You will not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, attempting to bypass plan limits, scraping, probing for vulnerabilities, or introducing malware.
• You will not use the AI Coach to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or harassing content, or to obtain advice that requires a licensed professional (e.g., veterinary diagnoses).

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, training plans, guides, and branding, is owned by Vicente Ramirez and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial dog training use, within the plan you have purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use our content to train competing AI products. You retain ownership of the information you submit (your dog's profile, your chat messages); you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Plans, pricing and Merchant of Record

We currently offer two plans:

• WagWise Starter — $29.99 one-time payment. Lifetime access to the Starter plan features, including a personalized 28-day training plan and 5 AI Coach questions. No recurring charges.
• WagWise Pro — $19.99 / month with a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorized at signup but not charged during the 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription auto-renews monthly at $19.99 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paddle as Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Refunds

8. Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or improve the Service, and we may change pricing for future billing periods (existing one-time Starter purchases are not affected).

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you: materially breach these Terms, fail to pay any fee, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vicente Ramirez resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer law in your country provides you with stronger rights.
