We want you and your dog to love WagWise AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no awkward questions. This applies to:

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link Paddle sends you to manage your order. From there you can request a refund directly.
  2. Or email us at support@wagwiseai.com with the email you used at checkout and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

How long refunds take

Once approved, Paddle issues refunds back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Canceling a Pro subscription

You can cancel your WagWise Pro subscription at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
